The staff were incredibly friendly and handled every request without any hassle. We were lucky with the weather, which made our ridge hike from Monte Lema to Monte Tamaro a real pleasure. All in all, a smooth and enjoyable stay.

It felt more like a backcountry SAC hut than a hotel – you have to pull the sheets on the bed yourself and the only dinner option is a single set menu. Nothing else to complain about, but the lack of basic services was noticeable.
