Trastevere Guestrooms

“Prelepi utisci sa turističkog boravka u Rimu.”

The place sits in a superb spot and the hosts are cooperative, accommodating, and efficient. For a stay in Rome, this property meets all expectations because it’s in a quiet area that conveniently connects to every part of the city. Nearby are all the necessary shops, service facilities, and dining options. The quality of the property is such that next year it will be our first choice for another Rome visit. All praise. We have no complaints about any aspect that mattered to us.

The location is excellent, close to the main public transport lines.

“Boendet var perfekt för vårt ändamål”

Contacting Guilia was easy via WhatsApp, and the check‑in instructions were clear. We were also able to leave our luggage early on arrival and keep it there on the departure day, which was perfect. We felt safe in the area at any hour of the night. We have nothing to complain about.

The host responded quickly over WhatsApp for any issues and the check‑in and check‑out instructions were straightforward. It’s near the airport train. Although it was cheaper than many hotels, it still cost a lot for what it is. The location is Trastevere, but it is about a 25‑minute walk and tram ride from the heart of Trastevere, where there are many restaurants and shops. The place felt isolated. The walls are thin and the front door slams, so I was woken up at midnight when other guests arrived.

“Отель не соответствует цене”

The hotel’s location was good and they allowed us to leave our luggage. After we completed all the pre‑arrival steps, paid, and were on our way, we received an email saying they would not send the check‑in information because we had not met the requirements (while on the road you try to prove everything was sent yesterday, only to find they simply didn’t see the email). They then didn’t send the check‑in info, we arrived at the hotel without it, and while we were already in Trastevere they gave us the apartment access code. They let us leave our luggage, the room was ready, but we were only allowed to check in at the scheduled time. We hadn’t checked in yet when we received an email telling us we had to leave at 10.00; we left at 7.00. The room had a bed, a table, and a place to stay overnight. The price is too high for such a hotel.
