The hotel features a lagoon-style swimming pool with ocean views, a fitness centre, and barbecue facilities. Air-conditioned rooms include cable TV, en suite bathrooms, and some have fully-equipped kitchens. Shopping, nightlife, and restaurants are nearby, with Cairns Esplanade Lagoon 400 metres away.

The spot is perfect for families and the rooms are comfy, and there’s nothing negative to mention.

The location was great and having car parking with cover was handy, but the room had a strong unpleasant smell—like old carpet or cigarette smoke.

The place is well‑located, yet there was no housekeeping or laundry service, parking was limited, and the shower leaked, leaving the floor constantly wet and slippery.
