The spot was good, but everything else was bad.

Good spot for transport, food, and Tesco nearby. The staff were friendly at check‑in and let us use UK sockets for our chargers. The hallway had an old smell and the room was just okay. Reception was often not at the desk, and we couldn’t call the listed number because we didn’t have a compatible phone—though that’s fine if you buy a local sim. The room summary mentioned a hairdryer, but none was provided.

Only the location mattered. The room was too small, filthy in every way, had no hot water, reception had no staff, and the building itself was very dirty.
