Getting to the heart of Amsterdam was a short tram ride, the hotel was very quiet, and Michael at the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful.

We enjoyed the comfort and proximity to the city center; walking to most places was easy and the public tram stop right in front took us deeper into the center, including the red‑light district and Chinatown. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel offered bag storage, which was great before and after checkout. The air conditioner was a lifesaver! The sink was leaking at the bottom and the shower’s open‑door design caused water to spill far out; the fridge was nice but not as cold as it should be.
