I booked through Booking, and even though the reservation was still pending confirmation, they didn’t honor it and we couldn’t check in.

From the moment I couldn’t sleep, I felt compelled to leave a comment. The damn air‑conditioning in heating mode was awful, uncontrollable, and extremely noisy.

The property urgently needs a remodel; the mattresses aren’t that comfortable, and it takes a long time for hot water to come out.
