Definitely the location! Right next to the walking path along the Wisła River. Modern hotel with clean, nice, modern interior design. Nice modern elevator. Great views of the river from our room. Very nice spread of food for breakfast and the location of breakfast. Nice setup. Balcony with a table and two chairs. Easy parking. Easy access to the walking path along the river. First: The bed: it looks like the box spring, which should be under the mattress, was missing. So the mattress was sitting so low in the bed frame that the frame was sticking out, and it was very painful to sit on the edge of the bed. And when in bed, it was painful to get out of bed. Also, sometimes when rolling in bed, my legs were hitting the edge of the bed frame. Second: the grout in the shower (which by itself was comfortable) looks like it was not cleaned recently; a lot of dirty sedimentation in the grout lines of the shower area. Third: the TV screen: very small screen located very high on the wall: hard to watch it from the bed (which is already very low). Fourth: The decking boards yield and arch when we step on them, making the balcony feel unsafe to walk on.
