“Grazioso hotel in una posizione stupenda sul fiordo di Akureyri. Tranquillo e consigliato A+++”

The hotel is charming and very quiet, offering a truly amazing view of the city and the fjord. The services are decent, with good standards, though they might feel a bit lower compared to the price. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it. The in‑room service and cleanliness, especially the sheets, were a bit lacking.

“hotel met prachtig uitzicht”

A modern, somewhat small hotel perched on a hill overlooking Akureyri’s harbor, very peaceful with ample parking. Breakfast isn’t very extensive but sufficient. The host gives excellent tips for visiting beautiful, less touristy spots nearby. Rooms are relatively small but tidy. The breakfast could have been a little more varied.

“Modern hotel met prachtig uitzicht”

The view from both the room and the breakfast area is spectacular, and the new, modern building feels very clean. Breakfast was good, and the hotel is close to Forest Lagoon. The atmosphere was a touch cool, perhaps because there was no background music in the breakfast area. There was no option to purchase food or drinks; a vending machine would be welcome.

It was comfortable with a great view, but it was a pity that there were no facilities beyond the bedroom.
