My experience was good. I asked multiple times for bath towels after cleaning the room; the hotel staff forget every day after cleaning, and they leave 1 litre of drinking water less for 2 people
Location. I couldn't get invoice as they conveyed they won't give it since the booking is from booking .com
The location was good and the staff were helpful, but there was no pool and my request for a small decoration for my daughter’s birthday was denied.
The location was great with Mall Road, Lawrence Road, Queens Road nearby and Harmandir Sahib parking just 4.5 km away, and the parking valet, reception, housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant staff were all very nice and courteous. However, on day 1 after check‑in I discovered the charging plugs were not working and the bathroom had a sewerage stink; I complained at 3 PM but no one arrived until 5 PM, and I had to push at reception to get help. The bathroom exhausts were closed, so the ventilation was poor and the sewage smell came from the drain, requiring cleaning chemicals to reduce the odor. The front‑facing rooms were warm because a lot of sun came in through the huge windows, which reduced cooling; maintenance provided a pedestal fan that fixed the issue. On day 2 housekeeping came at 12 PM to clean the room but did not replace the towels, so I had to call reception again at 5 PM to get them.
