The building has a large entrance where the staff wait and greet visitors in a very friendly and authentic manner. They are always very kind and ready to help. The room is very spacious and clean, and the restaurant on the terrace is nice, large, and comfortable.

A truly exceptional hotel. Great location, spotless throughout, with spacious and very comfortable rooms. But what really makes the difference is the staff — they are simply outstanding. From the restaurant, where they are happy to customize any dish according to your needs, to helping you with anything you may need during your stay and your travels, everyone is incredibly kind, attentive and always willing to help. I have rarely experienced such an outstanding level of service and genuine care. They truly make you feel welcomed and looked after in every possible way. A huge thank you to the entire team — you are simply the best!
