The hotel is surrounded by the Slavkov forest and close to the forest spring. It features a restaurant serving Czech cuisine and Italian wine, a café, and a spa with wellness treatments, including massages and saunas.

The hotel is very pretty and located in a quiet area. Unfortunately, a spa appointment couldn’t be arranged on short notice; you need to order treatments at the same time.

The location is excellent, the parking lot is large, and the rooms are spacious. We were guests at the hotel at the end of July, and the breakfast buffet only offered a few items: a handful of kiwis and grapefruit. A few fresh seasonal fruits would have been a nice touch.

The hotel’s location was fine, yet the reception staff’s attitude was off‑putting – the three different clerks we met seemed to treat guests like they were in a pioneer camp, slamming doors when they ran out of words; we’ve been here before, but this was our last visit.

The hotel is pretty, a bit remote so very quiet, yet the city center is a quick walk away. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very courteous and friendly.
