We didn’t actually stay that day because we forgot to notify that we’d use the parking, and there was no space for our car. They understood that we preferred to prioritize the car’s safety and did not report us negatively.

The staff were very friendly, the location is perfect—just a stone's throw from the city centre and they even have their own parking lot. There was really nothing else to mention.

The location was great, but the building feels a bit old‑fashioned and could use some refurbishment.

The hotel is very close to Neiva’s main park. The downside was that the bed was extremely hard.
