Hotel H2O

I stayed near the Manila Hotel where our event was held, but the parking was full and the guard wouldn’t let me in even after I explained that I had a confirmed booking; he insisted on a validated parking ticket, which didn’t make sense since I hadn’t checked in yet. I had to leave my car in the driveway and go to reception, where the front desk was crowded and asked me to pay, so I showed them the proof of payment on my phone. It should have been automatic in their system. After checking in, I finally received a parking ticket so the guard would allow me to park. I won’t return here again.

“Chouette décor mais horaire difficile”

The room with an aquarium was very pretty and comfortable. Unlimited water, air‑conditioning, good cleaning, helpful staff, and a decent gym with cables! The pool access was a bit inconvenient; it closes early at 18:00, and my access was denied at 17:35 because they were about to shut it down.

“No as good as photos make it look”

The fish tank in the room was a nice touch, but there was mould in the sinks, a cockroach in the bedroom, the TV didn’t work, many staff were rude, the on‑site ATM was broken, and the restaurants were under renovation so there was no room service or on‑site dinner option. The breakfast was mediocre.

“Water station”

The staff were prompt and attentive, and there were lots of facilities all in one place. The only downside was that the reception was hard to locate, and the shower floor was extremely slippery.

Most of the staff were very friendly, and the facilities offered a wide variety of activities on site. The coffee was lacking and there was no fresh milk.
