“Took my money for nothing in return”

I stayed at the hotel again after more than 18 months, and the staff accepted my bank card as a valid ID. They then took my money and denied me a room, leaving me stranded on the street in cold weather.

The location was decent, but the area smelled strongly of weed or drugs, and on my second day I found a slug in the room with trails on the carpet. A socket near the bed would have been handy, and although there was an office chair and desk, the chair was uncomfortable. I also noticed that four bedrooms were shared by possibly eight people, all using the same bathroom.
