“The frame of the door in the bathroom in room 121 was ripped off. Should be fixed”
Breakfast offered a wide variety, yet the hot dishes were served cold.

Breakfast was fine, but most days the eggs were cold. The room wasn’t ready at the scheduled time; we returned twice and it still wasn’t finished, so we had to wait. The single staff member we dealt with was horrible.

Breakfast was great, the pool area was wonderful, with a warm pool and an even better hot tub. They helped us with handicap parking. Thanks.

The outdoor patio was nice and the hotel was roomy. The door handle was broken.

The staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. I love being able to park in the garage under the hotel.
