We had a great time at this hotel, especially with the friendly staff and top-notch room quality. The location near the Jamtara gate of Pench Tiger Reserve at Chindwara was perfect for our visit on New Year's Eve. The hotel offered some fun activities like badminton and carrom, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and hot water. However, the large glass windows in the rooms made me feel a bit uneasy, and we struggled to get a signal with our Airtel phones.

The hotel's location is a major plus - it's right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. The food is also top-notch, with a great selection of dishes to choose from. However, the prices are a bit steep, which is a shame because it's otherwise a great place to stay.
