The front desk guy was on point—quick, friendly, and ready to help. The room did what it needed to do and was a good deal for the price. The shower and bathroom were solid. The only downside was the location on the edge of an industrial estate, but the cheap price and easy parking made up for the lack of a great view.

“Wouldn't be my first choice next time...”

This place worked well as a cheap pit stop to break up a long trip, but it really lived up to the idea of “you get what you pay for.” I probably won’t stay here again unless my budget is the top priority. The bed was a nightmare (the mattress clearly needs replacing), and the walls let in a lot of noise—mostly raised voices from a card game, not the usual raucous stuff. At £40 for a Saturday night it still felt like decent value, and I managed to sleep okay enough to get by.

The room was super comfy, the area was nice, and everything was quiet and spotless. No complaints at all.
