The atmosphere was family‑friendly and incredibly welcoming, just like a genuine Italian family would host. The staff did everything they could to give us a calm and comfortable stay with our baby. Breakfast and afternoon tea turned into real feasts. Because of the great location, you can leave the car in the parking and enjoy the city center without stress. In short, we discovered a new haven in Gramado.

The service was exceptional from start to finish. We came with my 5‑month‑old baby, and they gave us all the necessary support so that our experience in Gramado was calm and light. The location and breakfast were also highlights of the lodge. I intend to return!

The service was very pleasant, so I recommend it. The only downside was that there was no elevator.
