The owners were kind, the breakfast was delicious and I loved it a lot, the place was spotless and tidy, and the AC was essential because Mirissa’s weather is hot.

The hosts were extremely friendly, offering tea and fruit at the welcome and a lavish breakfast the next morning, all served on a lovely little terrace that belonged to the room; the man offered to take us by TukTuk to the beach or elsewhere and also drove us to the bus stop when we left, all free of charge; it was also great that we could check out a bit later and leave our luggage in the room during a morning outing. Overall, a fantastic stay, although the accommodation isn’t right on the beach, which the host’s willingness to drive us there by TukTuk helped to offset.
