I’m demanding a full refund because the hotel was unacceptable. The room I arrived to was in no condition to stay in and the air conditioning didn’t work. I went to the front desk to report it and they handed me a new key, but when I tried it the door was locked from the inside, meaning someone else was already in that room. That was uncomfortable, concerning, and should never happen. The whole ordeal added unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I didn’t get the safe, comfortable accommodation I paid for. I respectfully request a full refund. Thank you for reviewing my request and I look forward to your prompt response.

Nothing of very low quality. The staff, especially a dark‑haired man, were super rude and spoke to me in a very unpleasant way… It’s understandable that the language isn’t the same, but I also think they shouldn’t close off the use of translators since you make a reservation and pay in advance before entering the hotel.

Close to a lot of different merchants. Very nice staff

The room smelled like smoke, the floor was dirty, the lights didn’t work, overall a bad experience. Would not recommend.
