The owner, the apartment, the clean and well‑furnished space, the nice pool with a relaxing view of Assisi, and the perfect location were all great—only wish we’d stayed longer than three days!

This place is truly charming, with above‑average standards, quietness, and a bit of isolation; perfect if you want to rest or stroll around Assisi. The town itself is very calm yet offers all tourist conveniences—bars, pizzerias, shops—all within a few minutes on foot. The host is incredibly friendly and takes good care of the property. To avoid disappointment, read the description carefully—there’s no TV and no washing machine. Otherwise, everything is flawless.

“Wondeful view to Assisi.... from the pool.”

A wonderful spot just outside Assisi, a 5‑minute drive or a 40‑minute scenic walk, and also very close to the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. The view of Assisi is stunning, the rooms are spacious, comfy, and well‑equipped, the pool is fantastic at 35 °C, the host is incredibly kind and helpful, the peace is perfect for a relaxing break, and the garden tomatoes taste great.
