“Charming & Comfortable”

We stayed three weeks in very firm beds with flat pillows, and the sheets, blankets and pillows were so soft we were thrilled. The canal‑view location was charming, and the staff were super helpful, communicating logistics proactively and sharing great recommendations. I highly recommend it! The only downside was the afternoon noise from gondolas and the heavy walkers in the upstairs apartment, which made nights a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected.

“Quant and comfortable experience with a great location.”

Great spot right by the canal, but the dock on the other side kept us up all night on Saturday with people moving stuff out of the building—so noisy.

The location, the cleanliness, and the spacious room with a fantastic view were all excellent.

This place is a gem in a quiet part of Venice. I wouldn't change a thing about the booking—loved it! The staff were superb!
