Nothing, Nada, Zero, Zilch. The host is a f****** b****. I was traveling with friends and we had a confirmed booking, yet the host wouldn’t answer the phone in the days before our arrival. One day before, he finally picked up and told me the booking was confirmed and that I should call when I was on the way. When we were near Islamabad we called again but he didn’t answer. We kept calling for 3 hours; the phone rang and WhatsApp calls rang, but he never answered. He left us stranded in Islamabad for no reason. We barely found alternative accommodation at 10 pm and had to pay inflated rates because we were booking on short notice. Two days later someone else called him, and he texted back saying he wasn’t in Islamabad, he was on his own vacation, and he didn’t even care to pick up calls from customers who had confirmed bookings.
