Tru By Hilton Middleburg Heights Cleveland Airport

The spot is great, but the pillows left a lot to be desired.

“Overall a really great place to stay. A chilled, relaxed, clean, newly built place.”

The staff, especially the night male, were amazing and helped us with our early‑morning check‑in. The gym is decent, and the rooms and beds are excellent. Breakfast was a bit dull and repetitive; it needs more variety for European guests. The rooms were supposed to be serviced every other day, yet the beds were never made during our 9‑day stay.

“Loved it! Was hotel building was on the smaller side but I enjoyed that.”

Very clean overall and in a good area. Some surfaces could have been a touch cleaner.

“Nice stay but some what pricey.”

Breakfast was disappointing. The sausage and eggs were the only items mentioned.

“A very pleasant experience.”

The place was clean, convenient, and overall pleasant, with restaurants nearby adding to the convenience. No complaints at all.
