“Room is clean and comfortable, but neighborhood is not great”

The room was clean and very comfortable, check‑in was easy, and although the neighborhood is very dirty, access to the metro and attractions was good. I would never stay in Hell’s Kitchen again, but that’s a city issue, not the property. The hotel had a $29 mandatory fee that could be used for credit, but each person explained it differently on the first day and we didn’t understand how it worked until the last day, so we basically wasted two $29 fees. Noise control from the street was good because we were on a high floor, but every time someone entered or left their room, the door would slam and wake me up.

All the staff were very friendly. We dropped off luggage early and asked about an early check‑in; the woman at the desk said she thought that would be possible and we’d get a phone call. We never received a call, but we returned at 2:30 and were able to check‑in without issue. We ate at the restaurant twice and both times it seemed like one person was doing everything, so the service was sooooo slow.

“It was nice but small adjustments can make the difference :)”

The spot was great, the room was a touch cramped yet still roomy enough for two, clean and cozy with a lovely view. The rate wasn’t applied at check‑in, so I had to ask for clarification, and the AC wasn’t powerful enough to cool the whole room.

“Aparte de un cobro de impuestos por servicios que no utilice en la estadía , las protestas de un hotel más abajo que no”

Everything was very clean and cozy, yet there were protests at a nearby hotel and we could hardly rest. I also didn't like being charged $29 a day for services I didn't use, such as the gym.
