“Used to have a better experience here.”

I had stayed here before and thought it was good value, yet the security latch was broken and the room phone didn’t work, so I didn’t feel safe; if my child hadn’t already slept, I would have requested a different room. Breakfast options were limited and poorly stocked—no biscuits, no sugar‑free sweetener for coffee; after breakfast I had to return to the front desk to get a new key because neither of ours worked, and another guest’s key was also faulty at that time.

“Clean room but I recommend staying anywhere else!”

The room was clean and ready for us, but after staying two nights I had to ask if anyone would take out the trash and give fresh towels; the desk lady said there were no housekeepers on the weekend, so I wouldn’t get those unless she handed me two towels. Breakfast was scarce, with no fruit, no waffle mix, and room‑temperature juice that tasted almost sour—very disappointing.

The price was good, the location convenient, and the room comfortable, but the continental breakfast left something to be desired.

“Great Bend ks”

I booked two rooms—one for us and one for friends. The friends’ room had no working AC, though both rooms were clean and it wasn’t really crowded; breakfast was horrible, with sour milk, rotten fruit, and stale cereal.
