“Excelente ubicación y personal amable”

Great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. The beds made noise when moving, the curtain didn’t close fully, there was very little toilet paper in the bathroom (had to ask for more), the light switch system was confusing, a strong paint smell lingered in the hallway, and the restaurant’s food was too salty. “A goos stay”

The location was in a quiet area yet within walking distance of the mall and restaurants. The room was a bit dark, and the WC room was separate from the bathroom and had no water supply.

We enjoyed an exceptional stay at the B.O.G. Hotel, which is supremely comfortable, modern, attractive, and excellently located. The comfort and those small touches—like biscuits in the room, personalized attention, and continuous care—stand out. Breakfast is spectacular, complete, varied, and can be prepared to taste. The food overall is delicious and service is excellent; every staff member is kind and attentive. The rooms are very comfortable and pleasant, and it feels like every detail is designed for enjoyment and rest. From start to finish we felt very well attended. It was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely return.
