“Was not good!”

I was close to the venue, but the room was filthy—dirty floors, stained bath towels that looked grimy. I was disgusted. I told the staff, and they offered a new room, but we had no time to switch because we were trying to get to the concert on time. When I asked for a discount, the manager said I’d have to contact the booking platform since it was already booked.

“All in all the front staff were great people just try not to have any accidents or spills happen and you won’t have to”

The hotel was close to the venue we needed, but it wasn’t the best part of town and one maid was very rude. An accident happened in the middle of the night, so we told the front desk and they offered to pay for new sheets if necessary, but said it wasn’t needed. When the maids came to change our sheets, one of them entered our room and told us not to do it again, claiming they were ruined because of us and was extremely rude. Also, while we were cleaning up to leave, my boyfriend poured water down the sink and it came out of the pipe under the sink.
