The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and responsive to our needs.
Unfortunately, our request for adjacent rooms was ignored, and we were placed on different floors.
My room was lovely, but I was not pleased with the hotel's heating policy, which switched off between 11 PM and 6 AM, leaving me feeling chilly.

“Op maat.”
The price‑quality ratio, the location (in the old part of town opposite a great Italian restaurant), and the room (like a decent 3‑star hotel) are all good, yet the hotel offers no extra facilities that justify the high price, which is actually a benefit.
We never received breakfast, and the only way to book was by phone.

The stay was fine, yet the traffic around the area was very disruptive.

I sent two emails to the property the day before to request a secure bike storage for two bicycles, but received no reply. Upon arrival, the reception told us via intercom that there was no bike storage and that we should park them on the street. Better customer attention is needed: at least reply to messages.
The room and bathroom were very spacious, but during the six days we didn’t see any staff and the place should have been vacuumed more often; I’m not sure if the lack of breakfast was included in the offer.
