The continental breakfast was wonderful, the view was amazing, the room felt unique, and the staff were welcoming.

Wow—this place is stunning, with a comfortable bed, beautiful decor, and an exquisite bathroom; I’d highly recommend booking a long stay here. The other rooms and cabins beyond the Rectory were also amazing, making it perfect for any type of visit. Absolutely nothing could be improved; we loved it.
“Great location but average hotel”
The staff were very friendly and kind, and the location was superb, but our room was extremely dusty and needed a thorough clean, and some of the furniture had many stains that needed updating.

The room was spacious, but it smelled musty and like mildew, which was terrible for my allergies, and there was mold in the bathroom. It was dark with almost no light options, the stairs were unstable, and the old building had major maintenance issues. We had to stay another night in Skye because there were no alternatives, and at over $400 US per night we expected a clean, well‑maintained place.

Everything was fabulous, and there is nothing not to like.
