The bed was incredibly comfortable, but the breakfast area was far too crowded, and there was no way to pay with Maestro at this intercontinental hotel—utterly frustrating. On top of that, they blamed me for the situation, and the whole vibe felt impersonal and cold.

I booked this place because it’s directly linked to the O2, which was a lifesaver since I can’t walk more than a mile and I had tickets for a show; I almost gave them up because there were no closer options. The stay was flawless otherwise, though the price felt a bit steep, but the convenience made it worth it.

The location near the O2, the food, and the rooms were great, but the front desk lady had a bad attitude; when I asked for the manager, he was excellent.
