The hotel I booked has an excellent location. What I didn’t like during my stay was that when I made the reservation and contacted the hotel, I specifically requested proper beds for my children. I paid for a family room, but I was given a sofa bed that had to be opened up for two teenagers, not small children. I also paid directly to the hotel, and the price was higher than the one offered . Despite that, they were not very helpful or cooperative when I contacted them. They simply told me, “This is what we have available.” Thx

I hit a snag the first night when the air‑conditioner malfunctioned, and the next morning the shower only produced scalding hot water—no cold tap at all. They fixed it by swapping my room and offering breakfast, which was a nice touch. The whole experience was unforgettable, and I still carry Barcelona in my heart. The staff were all super friendly, warm, and helpful, and the location was spot‑on. I was there exactly a month ago—what a nostalgia!

The breakfast was good but a bit pricey, and one of the two rooms didn’t meet the check‑in requirement for single beds as requested.
