The front desk was friendly and quick, but the window in my room was broken, which was disappointing; I confirmed this with the front desk staff. The housekeeping left a bottle of the previous guest’s water in a corner of the wall, and the sheets and pillow seemed not very fresh.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with friendly and helpful staff making my experience enjoyable. The hotel's location in Bac Giang is convenient for a short stay, and I would definitely consider returning if I visit the area again. Overall, I highly recommend it to those looking for a brief but comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, my last day at the hotel was marred by a disappointing breakfast experience. When I went down to the restaurant, I found that the options were limited to just noodles and bread, which was not what I expected. To make matters worse, the staff seemed to be neglecting the other guests, even though there weren't many of us. I think it's reasonable to expect a decent breakfast, even when there aren't many guests.
