“I need my refund”
Leaving was the only thing that felt right here. I only stayed two hours but managed to list a full investigation report: 1. I saw three men with different women come in, check into a room, and leave quickly, with staff speaking to them privately and directing them to rooms—this felt extremely suspicious and uncomfortable, and someone should check the CCTV. 2. The reception staff seemed drunk, literally. 3. The receptionist photographed my ID for no clear reason, which felt inappropriate. 4. I was first given Room 201 and told I’d have to stay there 15–20 minutes because of a “company visit,” then moved to Room 101, which had just been occupied; the previous guest was standing right in front of me—disgusting and unhygienic. 5. The fan didn’t work. 6. Several listed amenities were missing. 7. The bathroom looked like an abandoned building—no false ceiling, terrible condition, no sense of a proper hotel room. 8. Bathroom lighting was inadequate. 9. Bathroom cleanliness was practically nonexistent. 10. Stains covered the bed and pillows. I stopped wondering what I’d paid for and started questioning why I was still inside the building. I’ve stayed in many budget hotels, and I don’t expect luxury for the price, but basic cleanliness, safety, hygiene, functioning facilities and professional staff are the bare minimum.
