I was very disappointed. I had booked a double room with four futons because I needed extra comfort for my back, yet only two futons were in the room. The owner denied that the room, as pictured, had four futons and wouldn’t cooperate on a fix. The translation app I’d used without problem elsewhere seemed useless in communicating with him. In the end I didn’t get what I booked. There were also not enough clean cups and glasses, and hygiene was seriously lacking. I found cockroaches in several spots: after moving something, one appeared, and I even saw one on my bed. I saw another crawling through another guest’s room, and one in the adjacent restaurant while eating. I was so shocked I couldn’t finish my meal. The food was also pricey for what was offered. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience. Future guests should be cautious when booking and be aware of the problems I encountered with the accommodation and cleanliness.

The staff were friendly and the location perfect, and the showers were clean, but there were many cockroaches and insects throughout the place, even in the restaurant, which is unacceptable. The room was far too small.
