DoubleTree By Hilton Sacramento

“I really liked the place. Helpful staff, every thing you need , room really nice.”

The decor was modern and updated. The room was very clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. The lobby was pleasant, with a cafe and an on‑site bar—good value for the price. Finding our wing was a bit tricky; the complex has several buildings, but they handed us a map at check‑in.

They offered free cookies, and aside from that, the bed was comfortable and the facility was clean. Parking costs per vehicle, and the A/C barely worked.

Everything was fantastic—everything from the distance to Aftershock, the breakfast, to the nearby stores. The receptionist was excellent, and overall everything was amazing; no complaints at all.

“This stay was a waste of money, $500 for 1 night, and was NOT comfortable”

The room was just a place to sleep. The ongoing construction, misinformation from staff, and their rude attitude were off-putting, and the carpet had a wet spot. Noise from outside the room leaked through the hallway, the building had a musty smell, the halls were warm, and the AC barely worked.

“Horrible”

Nothing is was completely under construction. There was open holes on the ceiling with fiberglass insulation on the ground that we had to walk through
