The area and location are peaceful. The reception staff seemed emotionless, the luxury unit could have offered more for the price, the fridge wasn’t plugged in and needed more staff attention, and there was no Wi‑Fi as advertised.

The location near the spa and the peaceful atmosphere were the only decent things about this place. The room itself was comfortable, especially the bathroom. But the TV was missing, which was a major letdown since it was advertised as a feature in the 8 double deluxe room. We also had no fans, so it was sweltering hot. And the pool was disgusting - we couldn't even cool off in it.

The facilities were top-notch, clean and well-maintained, and they really met our needs. We enjoyed a lovely home-cooked breakfast every morning, which was a great way to start the day.

Unfortunately, this place had nothing going for it. The facilities were subpar, and the staff didn't seem to care about providing a good experience.

The room was spacious, which was a plus, but the bathroom was a different story. The shower was particularly annoying, with water spraying everywhere and making the floor slippery. A new showerhead or some kind of enclosure would really make a big difference.
