The beach and the room were beautiful. The dinner restaurant’s price‑to‑quality ratio was too high for the food quality.

We had a wonderful stay at the Point Grace of Turks & Caicos, a truly stunning property right on Grace Bay Beach. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and the rooms were well maintained. The sea view was spectacular, the beach was paradise, and the tranquility was hard to find elsewhere. It’s an experience we’ll keep in our hearts and I definitely recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation, quality, and a Caribbean slice of paradise; we’ll definitely return! The only downside was the restaurant: the menu was purely French, and we would have liked a more varied, international offering, especially given the beautiful location.

The beach topped everything, followed by the room’s sea view, and then the relaxed, quiet atmosphere, while the shower’s water pressure could have been better.

Staff were wonderful; very attentive. Family enjoyed breakfast every morning. Suite was very large, had a great deck. Perfect for our family of 4. While knew it going in, it is very expensive, especially food prices

The 3‑bedroom ocean‑front luxury suite was very spacious, with large rooms and en‑suite bathrooms in each bedroom plus a powder room, which is always a nice touch. Everything was close—grocery store, restaurants, other hotels. The beach staff were friendly and helpful. It wasn’t great for young children. It felt like the other guests and staff didn’t care about kids, even though the resort is marketed as family‑friendly (not sure who else rents the 3‑bedroom suites). There’s a sign at the pool that says “no noise, no games”—I’m not sure what a realistic expectation is for kids at the pool. The general manager even approached me when the pool was empty except for us, telling me that my kids weren’t allowed to play with a beach ball in the pool and to refer to the sign that says “no noise,” which was definitely not appreciated since I rented the biggest room for a 10‑night stay (not a cheap stay). Other annoyances: there always seemed to be a shortage of pool and beach towels. They would lay a towel on each seat at the start of the day, and once that towel was used, there was nowhere to get another. The drink/food service by the beach was poorly set up—they don’t have proper tables to put drinks down (they were flimsy or broken).
