“Nice cheap convenient spot in Bang Saphan”

I stayed four nights at this spot and it turned out to be a solid choice; the hotel isn’t brand new but it’s kept tidy, and the rooms come with everything you’d expect, including a fridge, comfy beds, and spotless interiors. The air‑conditioning works fine, Wi‑Fi is speedy throughout, and I’d recommend snagging a room on the back side rather than the road-facing one. Breakfast is part of the rate, tastes good, and changes daily; coffee is free all day and there’s a water fountain. With a scooter, you’re close to both downtown and the beach. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful—when I checked out early, they even arranged a quick breakfast for me and helped me find a ride to the train, which was a sweet touch. The only downside is the hotel sits on a busy road with little surrounding activity, so if you don’t have a scooter, there’s not much to do nearby.

The bed, shower, and room size were all great. The air‑conditioner made noise and there was a faint smell in the bathroom.

The staff were very courteous, and what impressed me most was how the owner or manager personally called to arrange the return of my wife’s watch that had fallen onto the bed during checkout. They even suggested adding a Line contact so I could send the address for a safe return—this level of care really stood out. The only thing that could use improvement is the slight odor in the bathroom.
