The site was very pretty and the restaurant food was delicious; everything else was fine.

“Sitio bonito pero el personal no está disponible 24/7”

The location, facilities, and beach were good, but when I tried to enter the bedroom it was locked and no staff answered, so I had to sleep in a hammock in a friend’s cabin.

The area around the cabin is absolutely beautiful, and the cabin itself was super comfortable—just a bit rustic, which was fine. The ceiling fan didn’t work, but they fixed it with a floor fan. Initially they told me all the floor rooms were occupied (I was the only guest at the hotel), which seemed odd, but they resolved it right away. The food has a lot of room for improvement; the menu is interesting but the execution falls short, everything is too greasy and lacks seasoning, so I wouldn’t stay there again just for the food.

“Santuarios”

I loved everything about the place, but there were a lot of flies in the dining room, the room cleaning could be better, and I spotted some cockroaches.
