The staff’s attention was good, and everything else was fine.

The lobby staff, especially Mr Pablo, were very helpful and made my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and the hotel’s location is super central. I highly recommend the place; never hesitate to ask Mr Pablo for recommendations, transport tips, and tour support that will keep costs low and fun high.

The location is good. The toilets are bad.

The bed was okay. There was mould on the ceiling, in the room and bathroom; the place was dirty, not renovated for ages, the bathroom was poor, there was no toilet seat, no hot water, and no toilet paper.
