“Good room / lighting”

A good taxi driver picked us up at the station, was professional and drove well; I liked the well‑lit corridors and the refurbished shower, but the mildew smell on the stairs and cooking odors were noticeable. The TV didn’t work, and most stations needed private phone scanning. The bell boy who showed us the room should have started the TV and helped. The desk manager quoted a different price than the one I was told. Breakfast cost 350₹ per person according to the morning clerk, but at check‑out I was charged 425 plus tax for two people, about 890 in total. On the phone they quoted me 1500 for the station pick‑up by taxi, then added 18% taxes on the car, which I eventually forgave. The next day the same driver charged 2000 plus 18% for 3 hours of sightseeing. The view from the room could be improved by trimming vegetation.

“Okay for a Short Stay !”

I stayed at Itanagar Standard and found it to be a solid choice for business travelers, though tourists have little to do around the city. The housekeeping service could use some improvement.

“Reasonable stay & comfort”

The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast offered a good variety at a reasonable price, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious but felt stuffy and damp, and the toilet fittings were worn and poorly maintained; it felt a bit pricey for what was provided.

“Great stay”

The staff were really great, made my stay comfortable. Overall it was a good experience, nothing too bad to report.
