I couldn't complain – the view, the staff, the room, even breakfast were all top‑notch. Absolutely perfect.

Breakfast was solid and the staff were friendly. Nothing else to add.

Rude hosts, extra fees that weren't mentioned, a dirty room with a bad smell, and a floor that was filthy in both the room and bathroom. The manager, Diana Paola, was very disrespectful and added a $25,000 charge for washing a mattress we brought in for an elderly guest. The only redeeming thing was the scenery, but overall it was a nightmare and I wouldn't recommend it.

The spot is pretty nice and the service is good, but the room cleaning could use a lot more attention. Still, overall it was excellent.
