The place was spotless, but the beach area was a real letdown. The water‑play zone was tiny, and there was no spot to sit by the sea except the cafés, which all shut down at 7 pm. I booked based on the reviews and recommendations, but honestly there are better options in Bahrain. The name says “seaside resort,” yet they don’t really give you any beach experience.

The water park and the shuttle that takes guests from the park to the accommodation or anywhere inside the resort were great. On Friday, the water park was closed for the noon prayer, and they said it would only reopen at 2 pm for the prayer, yet half an hour after the call to prayer they started playing music—this contradiction frustrated the kids who wanted to enjoy but couldn’t use the park until 2 pm.

“أود إبلاغكم بأنني نسيت جهاز الآيباد الخاص بي في الفندق، وللأسف لم يتواصل معي أي شخص من الفندق لإبلاغي بالعثور عليه. ولم”

The kids were fine as long as the games didn’t shut down at 12 pm. What bothered me was that the hotel had all my contact info—phone, email—so they could have reached out as soon as they found my iPad. If I’d left Bahrain by plane, I might not even remember where I left it, and getting it back would have been a nightmare. Unfortunately, no one from the hotel ever called to let me know it was found. We only realized the loss the next evening. Thanks for the cooperation.
