The room was clean, but there was no parking available until the next day when the spot was freed.

The rooms were clean and the location was close to the avenue, but the staff tried to charge for using the app, for paying with a credit card, and for extra fees that were not specified at the time of booking.

I never got a chance to see the rooms. The staff refused to honor my reservation, claiming that because I hadn't booked through their platform they had rented the room to someone else, which was completely contradictory and inconsistent. The reception toilet was dirty and unhygienic. They tried to give us a different room at an extra cost, a situation we refused and had to scramble for another place. The night guard, who handled security, laughed sarcastically at the whole situation.
