Location was good. Breakfast was okay. The wifi was not working at all. There was no daily room service until we had to call them ourselves for cleaning after 2 days. The room was also smaller than what it looked in the pictures

Spacious rooms, great location, excellent in‑house facilities, and the staff were courteous—especially Sanjeev ji, the manager of Oren, who ensured everything was in place and made our stay very pleasant. The only downside was the very steep climb to the property entrance from the main road, but a 24*7 driver was available to take cars up and down.

The parking facility was not good either, with a steep hill to climb. I cannot share more.
