Sunscape Residence Tower

“Incredible views and a gorgeous space”

The condo was incredible, beautifully decorated with the best views. We watched whales, dolphins, and fireworks from the expansive balcony. It was very clean and well equipped. Check‑in was smooth and the host was very responsive. We will book again. Nothing negative.

“Great place!!”

Absolutely beautiful and stunning views. Adam was a terrific host and answered all of our questions promptly. I would stay there again, hoping for a firmer mattress and pillows for people like me with a bad back. The pillows and mattresses were too soft even though we had them on the firm side. Coffee supplies definitely need restocking; Adam supplied them but they were obviously old and the sugar was dried out.

“We had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the huge beach that can be accessed with a quick 5 m”

Great view, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, gated security, and flexible check-out

“Loved it! Would stay here again”

The place matched the photos exactly and Adam was a wonderful host! Everything was very nice and comfortable—a great blend of hotel and condo rental, and the Christmas decor was a nice touch :) The location was central; we walked over to La Isla for Ubers or a taxi, and just walked to Soriana's (for groceries/alcohol) and to the Peninsula Plaza to CafeOnTop where we had breakfast 1–2 times. I thought the pool was open until 8 pm, but it closed at 7 pm, which was just too early. At that point, we were not allowed any hotel access, so we had to schedule our outings to start then instead of earlier in the day, which was totally fine. (Also, the shower drain was a little sluggish, but nothing that would take away from our overall positive experience.)

The apartment is super pretty, has everything needed to stay there, the view is very nice, the place is generally well kept, it’s well equipped, and you can have a movie night with the projector, screen, and sound. It doesn’t have air conditioning, which makes it very hot and humid; there are fans but I think that’s not enough. I’m not sure I’d come back because it’s just as hot outside the apartment as inside, which is the only bad thing I see.
