The place is gorgeous and the staff are super friendly and upbeat. The only hiccup was the shower – water didn’t drain properly, pooled in a corner and slowly evaporated. It wasn’t a deal‑breaker, but it was a bit annoying.

Cozy and pretty, the cottages offer stunning views of Lake Sevan and the mountains, and the beach is fantastic. The food at the on‑site restaurant is tasty, and the staff are responsive.

The location and beach are top‑notch, and the rooms are clean and decently comfortable. The staff are polite and quick to help, but the walls are thin and the food is overpriced and underwhelming. Not having breakfast included feels like a real let‑down for the price.

I’d recommend this spot to anyone heading to Lake Sevan. The room was spotless, fully equipped, and the view from the windows—half lake, half mountains—was breathtaking. The on‑site restaurant serves some of the best Armenian dishes I’ve had, especially the whitefish. The lake is a short walk away, though it can get windy.
