The service was excellent and everything was fantastic; we even received a complimentary room upgrade and a free dinner. The only drawback was that the women’s gate is a 15‑minute walk away, although there is a shuttle every 30 minutes.

The staff were friendly, the hotel is close to the Haram, and the facilities are good. The downside is the high prices.

I appreciate that the housekeepers always ask you to tidy your room. There was nothing I didn’t like.
