It’s good, with a private parking fee of 8 € per day. The tram near the building can be heard a bit.

It’s clean and a short walk to the center. They allow you to leave your luggage outside of check‑in time.

The location was perfect for a one‑night stay; we arrived around 19:00 and it’s only a 10‑minute walk to the center. It was pet‑friendly and we had no trouble bringing our dog. The room was clean. The downside was the lack of amenities such as soap or a full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and a used women's everyday pad from a previous guest was found in the toilet bin.

The camera is very simple, close to the station with a tram stop right next to it, and the entrance is three stops from the main square. The trams kept passing by continuously.
